Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

As a Maintenance Technician at Axia, you’re frontline and resident-focused. Your work has meaning for you and the lives of those you serve. You’ll make ready apartment homes, maintain community grounds, complete service requests with care, and ensure every home is move-in ready—on time, every time.

What You'll Do: 

• Deliver fast, friendly, and effective service for resident requests
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC
• Turn units and refresh interiors with care
• Keep common areas and community grounds clean, safe, and inviting
• Maintain pool equipment, tools, and maintenance logs (CPO preferred)
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when on-call

 What You Bring: 

• HVAC Certification (preferred); CPO preferred
• Solid hands-on knowledge: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliances
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and resolve issues on the fly
• Strong communication—clear, professional, and people-first
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a desire to serve

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform duties that involve climbing, kneeling, and extended standing or walking. This Work Is Not for Everyone.
